यस वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु श्री प्रेम बहादुर थारुको आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ५०० संस्थापक शेयर कित्ता र श्री मिनराज चौधरीको नाममा रहेको ३००० संस्थापक शेयर कित्ता बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट 'घ' वर्गको इजाजतपत्रप्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०७२ बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न पहिलो प्राथमिकता यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान शेयरधनीहरुलाई दिनुपर्ने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि मिति २०८३/०१/२५ गतेको नेपाल समाचारपत्र राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट शेयर खरीदको लागि आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उक्त शेयर कित्ता खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु वा विद्यमान शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थाहरुले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोके बमोजिमको Fit and Proper Test को मापदण्ड पुरा हुने कागज तथा अन्य विवरण सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिनभित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कोहलपुर न.पा.-११, बाँकेमा निवेदन पेश गर्न आह्वान गरिन्छ।
न्यूनतम खरिद गर्नुपर्ने शेयर संख्या १०० कित्ता
न्यूनतम प्रति शेयर मूल्य रु. रु.१,४००। (एक हजार चार सय)
7-Day Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale

Since the promoter shareholders of this financial institution, Mr. Prem Bahadur Tharu, holding ५०० promoter shares in his name, and Mr. Minraj Chaudhary, holding ३००० promoter shares in his name, have expressed their desire to sell these shares and submitted an application to the Board of Directors of this financial institution, and as per Directive No. १०/०७२ of the Integrated Directive, २०७२, issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to “D” class licensed microfinance financial institutions, first priority for purchasing these promoter shares must be given to the existing shareholders of this financial institution, a ३५-day public notice was published in the Nepal Samacharpatra National Daily on २०८३/०१/२५ for the information of interested existing shareholders. As no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of these shares, interested existing promoter shareholders or other individuals or institutions (other than existing shareholders) are hereby invited to submit an application along with documents and other details fulfilling the Fit and Proper Test criteria specified by Nepal Rastra Bank, within ७ (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Central Office of this financial institution at Kohalpur N.Pa.-११, Banke.
