नबिल बैंक लिमिटेडले कोष प्रवर्द्धकको रूपमा र नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले जारीकर्ता तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा नबिल म्युचुअल फन्ड अन्तर्गतको खुला प्रकारको NI 31 म्युचुअल फन्ड योजनाको इकाई बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ।
प्रति इकाई १० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरका २ करोड ५० लाख इकाईमध्ये पहिलो चरणमा १ करोड ५० लाख इकाई निष्कासन गरिएको थियो। यसमध्ये ३७ लाख ५० हजार इकाई कोष व्यवस्थापकका लागि सुरक्षित राखिएको र बाँकी १ करोड १२ लाख ५० हजार इकाई २०८२ साल साउन ३० गतेदेखि भदौ ३ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्री गरिएको हो।
उक्त इकाई बाँडफाँड २०८२ साल भदौ १६ गते नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड, नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा सम्पन्न गरिएको हो। बाँडफाँड कार्यक्रममा नबिल बैंक, सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेड, कोष व्यवस्थापक, प्राविधिक सेवा प्रदायक तथा सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका प्रतिनिधिहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।

Nabil Bank Limited, as the fund promoter, and Nabil Investment Banking Limited, as the issuer and sales manager, have completed the unit allocation of the NI 31 open-ended mutual fund scheme under Nabil Mutual Fund.
Out of 25 million units priced at Rs. 10 each, 15 million units were issued in the first phase. Among these, 3.75 million units were reserved for the fund manager, while the remaining 11.25 million units were offered to the public from 2082/04/30 to 2082/05/03.
The allocation was conducted on 2082/05/16 at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, in the presence of representatives from Nabil Bank, CDS & Clearing Ltd., the scheme manager, IT service providers, and public investors.
