युनाइटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स (UAIL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम दुई अर्ब १० करोड रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पूँजीको आधारमा १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र सोको कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.५२६३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। इन्स्योरेन्सको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठक असार ४ गते बसेको थियो जसले उक्त दरमा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणको स्वीकृति र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाको अनुमोदनपछि लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
United Ajod Insurance (UAIL) has announced the dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The insurance company has proposed to distribute a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on Ashar 4 (June 18, 2025). The company's paid-up capital stands at NPR 2.10 billion. The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
