United Ajod Insurance Limited Announces 10% Right Share Issue, Book Closure on Falgun 17

United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has announced the book closure date for its 10% right share issuance on Falgun 17, 2082. Accordingly, shareholders who held shares up to Falgun 16, 2082, will be eligible to apply for the right shares.

Under this issue, the company will issue 23.1 lakh units of right shares in the ratio of 1:0.10, amounting to a total value of Rs. 23.10 crore. These shares will be offered exclusively to existing shareholders as part of the capital expansion plan.

Currently, UAIL’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 2.10 Arba. After the issuance of the proposed right shares, the paid-up capital will increase to approximately Rs. 2.33 Arba, strengthening the company’s financial base.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this right share offering. As of the latest trading session, UAIL’s share price closed at Rs. 456.60 in the secondary market.
