युनाइटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको २३,१००० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरको बिक्री खुल्ला गरी आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा समयावधिभित्र संस्थापक समूहतर्फ ६३,८४७ कित्ता प्रथम पटक मिति २०८३/०२/२९ गते देखि मिति २०८३/०३/०८ गते सम्म लिलाम बढाबढ गरि बिक्री गर्न बोलपत्र आव्हान गर्दा साविकका शेयरधनीहरुबाट दरखास्त प्राप्त हुन नआएको हुदाँ निष्काशन कम्पनीका सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस कम्पनीका विद्यमान संस्थापक तथा योग्य इच्छुक जो कोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघ, संस्थाहरुलाई दोस्रो पटक मिति २०८३/०३/२५ गते देखि मिति २०८३/०४/०१ गते सम्म आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र प्राप्त (आवेदनहरु) बोलपत्रहरु देहायको मिति, समय र स्थानमा खोलिने भएको हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Notice Regarding Opening of Sealed Bids (Confidential Sealed Tender)
United Ajod Insurance Limited had invited applications for the open sale of २३,१००० units of rights shares. Within the stipulated period, for the promoter group, ६३,८४७ units were offered for auction sale for the first time from २०८३/०२/२९ to २०८३/०३/०८. As no applications were received from existing shareholders during that period, according to the decision of the issuing company's Board of Directors, interested existing promoters and eligible individuals, companies, associations, and institutions of this company were invited to apply for these shares for the second time from २०८३/०३/२५ to २०८३/०४/०१. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, as the received applications (bids) will be opened at the date, time, and place mentioned below.
