यस युनाईटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री माछापुच्छ्रे ब्रिक फ्याक्ट्री प्रा.लि.को नाममा कायम रहेको ८४,५६६ (चौरासी हजार पाँच सय छैसठ्ठी) शेयर कित्ता मध्ये २६,९७४ (छब्बीस हजार नौ सय चौहत्तर) शेयर कित्ता प्रति कित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य रु.१७०/- (एक सय सत्तरी) का दरले बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा जाहेर गरी निवेदन पेश गर्नु भएको हुँदा संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ को दफा ११ बमोजिम संस्थापकले आफ्नै समूहको शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिई बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने प्रावधान भए अनुरुप संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि मिति २०८२/१२/०५ गते राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको थियो।
उक्त अवधिमा उल्लेखित शेयर खरिदका लागि संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट कुनै आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने महानुभावहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र प्रचलित कानून तथा नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी निर्देशिका बमोजिम संस्थापक समूहको शेयर खरिद गर्न अयोग्य नभएको स्वःघोषणा तथा अन्य आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस कम्पनीको प्रधान कार्यालय सि.टि.सि मल सुन्धारा, काठमाण्डौमा आफूले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सर्वसाधारण सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिन्छ।

United Ajod Insurance Limited's promoter shareholder Shree Machhapuchhre Brick Factory Pvt. Ltd. had expressed interest to sell २६,९७४ (twenty-six thousand nine hundred seventy-four) units of shares out of the ८४,५६६ (eighty-four thousand five hundred sixty-six) units registered in its name, at a minimum price of Rs.१७०/- (one hundred seventy) per share. As per the provision of Section ११ of the Promoter Share Transaction Directive, २०७७, which mandates promoters to prioritize shareholders within their own group for sale, a ३५-day notice was published in a national daily newspaper on २०८२/१२/०५ for the information of promoter shareholders.
Since no applications were received from promoter shareholders for the purchase of the aforementioned shares during that period, interested individuals wishing to purchase promoter shares are requested to submit an application, along with a self-declaration stating that they are not ineligible to purchase shares of the promoter group as per prevailing laws and directives issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, and other necessary documents, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase, to the company's Head Office at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu, within १५ (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published for the information of all general public.
