युनाईटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको २३,१०,००० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरको बिक्री खुल्ला गरी आवेदन माग गरिएको समयवधिभित्र संस्थापक समुहतर्फ ६,६४७ कित्ता तथा सर्वसाधारण समुहतर्फ ६,६३३ कित्ता गरी जम्मा ७०,४८० कित्ताको लागि आवेदन नपरेकाले प्रचलित कानून तथा धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्काशन नियमावली २०७३ को निर्देशन नं. २१ समेतको प्रावधानलाई आधार मानी उक्त शेयरहरु बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया द्वारा बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८३/०२/२९ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०३/०८ गते सम्म आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र प्राप्त (आवेदनहरु) बोलपत्रहरु देहायको मिति, समय र स्थानमा खोलिने भएको हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice Regarding Opening of Sealed Tender
United Ajod Insurance Limited had offered २३,१०,००० units of right shares for sale and invited applications. Within the stipulated period, applications were not received for ६,६४७ units from the promoter group and ६,६३३ units from the general public group, totaling ७०,४८० units. Therefore, based on the prevailing laws and the provisions including instruction no. २१ of the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations २०७३, applications were invited to sell these shares through a sealed tender process from २०८३/०२/२९ to २०८३/०३/०८. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, as the received tender documents (applications) will be opened on the date, time, and place mentioned below.
