United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Announces Dividend for Shareholders

Kathmandu — United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited has announced a dividend distribution from its profits of the last fiscal year.

At a board of directors’ meeting held on Mangsir 28, the company decided to distribute 5 percent bonus shares based on its current paid-up capital, along with 0.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

According to the company, the declared dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and being endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
