काठमाडौं । युनाइटेड मोदी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले कम्पनीको सञ्चालक तथा व्यवस्थापन संरचनामा परिवर्तन भएको जानकारी नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) लाई गराएको छ ।
कम्पनीको २०८३ जेठ १० गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले तत्कालीन प्रबन्ध निर्देशक रोमन दंगाल र सञ्चालक रेनुका पाण्डेको कार्यकाल समाप्त भएको निर्णय गरेको हो ।
त्यस्तै, कम्पनीको २०८३ वैशाख २७ गते सम्पन्न बाह्रौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट रेनुका पाण्डे र प्राप्ति अधिकारी सर्वसम्मत रूपमा सञ्चालक पदमा निर्वाचित भएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ । सोही व्यवस्थाअनुसार तत्कालीन प्रबन्ध निर्देशक रोमन दंगाल अब कम्पनीको सञ्चालक नरहेको पनि स्पष्ट गरिएको छ ।
प्रबन्ध निर्देशक पद रिक्त भएको अवस्थामा अर्को व्यवस्था नभएसम्म कम्पनीको सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्थापकीय तथा कार्यकारी जिम्मेवारी अध्यक्ष नवीन सिलवालमा निहित रहने निर्णय गरिएको कम्पनीले जानकारी दिएको छ ।
कम्पनीले उक्त निर्णय औपचारिक रूपमा नेप्सेमा पठाउँदै आवश्यक जानकारी अद्यावधिक गराएको छ ।
Kathmandu — United Modi Hydropower Limited has informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) about changes in its board structure and management responsibilities following a recent board decision.
According to the company, a board meeting held on 10 June 2083 at its registered office decided that the tenure of Managing Director Roman Dangal and Director Renuka Pande has officially ended.
The company further stated that, as per its 12th Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2083, Renuka Pande and Pratibha Adhikari were unanimously elected as members of the Board of Directors. With this change, former Managing Director Roman Dangal is no longer a member of the company’s board.
Following these developments, the position of Managing Director has currently remained vacant.
The company has also decided that until further arrangements are made, all executive, administrative, and operational responsibilities of the company will be handled by Chairman Navin Silwal. The decision has been formally communicated to NEPSE for regulatory disclosure and record update.
