Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Dividend Proposal

Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) has announced a dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has proposed a 15 percent bonus share along with a 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes based on its current paid-up capital. The decision was made during the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Poush 7. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Electricity Authority and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
