अपर स्याङ्गे हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (USHL) ले आफ्नो ९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) असोज ९ गते बोलाएको छ। साधारण सभा काठमाडौंको कुण्डलिनी दरबार बैंक्वेटमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
सभा सम्पन्न गर्नका लागि कम्पनीले भदौ २३ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। त्यसअघि नाम दर्ता गरेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्।
सभाका प्रमुख एजेन्डाहरू यसप्रकार छन् :
कम्पनीको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनको अनुमोदन
आ.व. २०८१/८२ को लेखापरीक्षक प्रतिवेदन, नाफा नोक्सानी विवरण, वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन तथा नगद प्रवाह प्रतिवेदन अनुमोदन
आ.व. २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण
प्रवर्द्धक समूहबाट ४ जना सञ्चालक चयन
अन्य विविध विषय
यसका साथै सभामा १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि रहेको छ। यसमार्फत कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी तथा अधिकृत पूँजी वृद्धि गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
Upper Syange Hydropower Limited (USHL) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Ashwin 9, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Kathmandu, starting from 10:00 AM.
For the purpose of the AGM, the company has decided the book closure date on Bhadra 23. Only those shareholders registered before this date will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
The main agendas of the AGM are as follows:
Endorsement of the company’s annual report
Approval of the auditor’s report of FY 2081/82, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports
Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for FY 2082/83
Election of 4 board members from the promoter shareholder group
Miscellaneous
In addition, the meeting will also discuss a special proposal to issue right shares in a 1:1 ratio. Through this, the company aims to increase its issued and authorized capital.
