रघुगंगा, म्याग्दीमा माथिल्लो ठूलोखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजना सम्पन्नUpper Thulokhola Hydroelectric Project Completed in Raghu Ganga, Myagdi
म्याग्दीको रघुगंगा गाउँपालिका-७ मा २२.५ मेगावाट क्षमताको माथिल्लो ठूलोखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजना निर्माण सम्पन्न भएको छ। ठूलोखोला हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड प्रवर्द्धक रहेको आयोजनाको भौतिक संरचना, विद्युतगृहमा उपकरण जडान र प्रसारणलाइन निर्माण सम्पन्न भएको हो।आयोजना प्रमुख शिवसागर यादवले भौतिक संरचना निर्माण सम्पन्न गरी परीक्षण उत्पादन थालिएको जानकारी दिए। "बाँध, विद्युतगृह, पाइपलाइन, प्रसारणलाइन र विद्युतगृह उपकरण जडानका साथै आन्तरिक परीक्षण सकिएको छ," उनले भने, "नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणको प्राविधिक टोलीको उपस्थितिमा परीक्षण उत्पादनमा जुटेका छौँ।"विसं २०७८ मा उक्त आयोजना निर्माण सुरु भएको थियो र आयोजनाको स्थान भौगोलिक रुपमा विकट र दुर्गम क्षेत्रमा अवस्थित छ। सुगुरथलामा बाँध, डिसेन्डर (पानी थिग्राउने पोखरी), दुई हजार ९०० मिटर मुख्य पाइपलाइन र ३०० मिटर सर्च साफ्ट पाइपलाइन जडान, फेदीमा विद्युतगृह निर्माण गरिएको छ। विद्युतगृह परिसरमा ‘स्वीचयार्ड’ निर्माण गरिएको छ।यो आयोजना ‘रन अफ द रिभर’ प्रकृतिको हो। फेदीदेखि बन्दीसम्म १४ वटा टावर बनाएर पाँच किलोमिटर लामो १३२ केभी क्षमताको प्रसारणलाइन निर्माण गरिएको छ। बन्दीदेखि ठूलोखोला र चिमखोलादेखि चिमखोला–मंगले–राहुघाट जलविद्युत् आयोजनासँग सहकार्य गरेर तिल्केनीचौर हुँदै २२० केभी क्षमताको दाना–खुर्कोट प्रसारणलाइनमार्फत आयोजनाको विद्युत् केन्द्रीय प्रणालीमा आवद्ध गराइएको छ।देव ऊर्जा कन्ट्रक्सन सिभिल, हाइड्रोमेकानिकल र बिएफएल बेंगलोर इलेक्ट्रोमेकानिकल ठेकेदार हुन्। तीन अर्ब लागत अनुमान गरिएको आयोजनामा सिटिजन्स र माछापुच्छ्रे बैंकले ७० प्रतिशत ऋण लगानी गरेका छन्। प्रवर्द्धकको १० प्रतिशत लगानी रहने आयोजनाको २० प्रतिशत लगानी शेयर जारी गरेर सर्वसाधारणमार्फत जुटाइनेछ।राहुघाट र सहायक नदीमा यसअघि तीनवटा जलविद्युत् आयोजना निर्माण भइसकेका छन्। तुँदी पावरले प्रवर्द्धक गरेको ३५.५ मेगावाट क्षमताको चिमखोला–राहुघाट–मंगले र त्यसको क्यासकेडको रुपमा ४८.५ मेगावाट क्षमताको अपर राहुघाट जलविद्युत् आयोजना सञ्चालनमा आइसकेका छन्।राहुघाटको सहायक ठूलोखोलामा संयुक्त ऊर्जा लिमिटेडले निर्माण गरेको २१.३ मेगावाट क्षमताको ठूलोखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजनाले गत भदौदेखि व्यावसायिक उत्पादन थालेको थियो। नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणको सहायक कम्पनी रघुगंगा हाइड्रोपावर प्रवर्द्धक रहेको ४० मेगावाट क्षमताको राहुघाट जलविद्युत् आयोजना निर्माणको अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको छ।
In a significant achievement, the Upper Thulokhola Hydroelectric Project, with a capacity of 22.5 MW, has been completed in Raghu Ganga Municipality-7, Myagdi. The project, developed by Thulokhola Hydropower Limited, has seen the completion of its physical infrastructure, equipment installation at the powerhouse, and construction of transmission lines.Shiv Sagar Yadav, the project chief, shared that the physical structure has been completed, and test production has commenced. "The construction of the dam, powerhouse, pipeline, transmission lines, and installation of equipment is complete. We are now conducting trial production with the presence of the Nepal Electricity Authority's technical team," he said.The construction of the project began in 2078 BS, and the site is located in a remote and rugged area. The dam, descent (water storage reservoir), 2,900-meter main pipeline, and 300-meter search soft pipeline have been installed at the Sugurthala location, with the powerhouse located at the foot of the hill. A switchyard has also been constructed at the powerhouse complex.The project is a "Run of the River" type, and a 132 kV transmission line has been constructed, spanning 5 kilometers, with 14 towers from the foot to the dam. The electricity generated by the project is linked to the central grid via a 220 kV transmission line, connecting from the Bandhi and Chimkhola-Mangle-Rahughhat Hydroelectric Projects.Dev Energy Construction is the civil, hydromechanical, and BFL Bangalore electromechanical contractor for the project. The estimated cost of the project is three billion rupees, with 70% of the investment provided by Citizens and Machhapuchchhre Banks, while 10% of the investment remains with the promoter. The remaining 20% of the investment will be raised through public share issuance.Previously, three hydropower projects had already been completed in the Rahughhat and its auxiliary rivers. The Chimkhola-Rahughgat-Mangle Hydroelectric Project, with a capacity of 35.5 MW, and the 48.5 MW Upper Rahughgat Hydroelectric Project, developed by Tundi Power, are already operational. Additionally, the 21.3 MW Thulokhola Hydroelectric Project, developed by Joint Energy Limited, started commercial production last August. The 40 MW Rahughgat Hydroelectric Project, promoted by Raghu Ganga Hydropower, is in its final stage of construction.
