कालीमाटीमा तरकारी महँगियो : गोलभेँडा ६५, घिरौँला ८० रुपैयाँ किलो पुग्योVegetables Get Dearer at Kalimati: Tomatoes at Rs 65, Sponge Gourd Jumps to Rs 80
काठमाडौँ — कालीमाटी फलफूल तथा तरकारी बजार विकास समितिले शुक्रबार (जेठ २२ गते) का लागि तोकेको अधिकतम थोक मूल्यमा धेरैजसो तरकारी अघिल्लो दिनभन्दा महँगिएका छन् । नेपाली ठूलो गोलभेँडा प्रतिकिलो ६० बाट बढेर ६५ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने घिरौँला २० रुपैयाँले बढेर ८०, तीते करेला १५ रुपैयाँले बढेर ६० र बन्दा १० रुपैयाँले बढेर ६० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ । रायोको साग ८० र हरियो धनियाँ १२० रुपैयाँ पुगेका छन् । घिउ सिमी (लोकल) र माछे खुर्सानी भने १०–१० रुपैयाँले सस्तिएर क्रमशः ८० र ७० रुपैयाँमा झरेका छन् ।
अन्य मुख्य उपजमा भारतीय ठूलो गोलभेँडा ८०, सानो गोलभेँडा (लोकल) ३०, टनेलको गोलभेँडा ४५, आलु रातो (लाम्चो) ३५, आलु रातो (गोलो) ३२ र भारतीय सुकेको प्याज प्रतिकिलो ४३ रुपैयाँ यथावत् छन् । मौसमी फलतर्फ आँप (मालदह) १२०, आँप (दशहरी) १३०, लिची लोकल २५० र भारतीय ३०० तथा हरियो तरबुजा प्रतिकिलो ४५ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ ।
अघिल्लो दिनको सूचीमा नरहेका मटर कोसा (प्रतिकिलो २०० रुपैयाँ) र हरियो अकबरे खुर्सानी (प्रतिकिलो ३५० रुपैयाँ) शुक्रबारको सूचीमा समावेश छन् । बजारका सबैभन्दा महँगा वस्तुमा भने सिताके च्याउ र सुकेको माछा नै छन्, जसको थोक भाउ प्रतिकिलो १ हजार रुपैयाँ कायम छ ।
KATHMANDU — Most vegetables have turned costlier in the maximum wholesale prices fixed by the Kalimati Fruits and Vegetable Market Development Committee for Friday. Big Nepali tomatoes have risen from Rs 60 to Rs 65 per kg, sponge gourd has jumped Rs 20 to Rs 80, bitter gourd is up Rs 15 to Rs 60, and cabbage has climbed Rs 10 to Rs 60. Mustard greens now cost Rs 80 and green coriander Rs 120. Local French beans and machhe chilli, however, have turned cheaper by Rs 10 each, falling to Rs 80 and Rs 70 respectively.
Prices of other key produce hold steady: Indian big tomatoes at Rs 80, small local tomatoes at Rs 30, tunnel-grown tomatoes at Rs 45, red potatoes at Rs 35 (oval) and Rs 32 (round), and Indian dry onions at Rs 43 per kg. In seasonal fruits, Maldah mango is fixed at Rs 120, Dashahari mango at Rs 130, litchi at Rs 250 (local) and Rs 300 (Indian), and green watermelon at Rs 45.
Two items absent from the previous day's list have entered Friday's chart — green pea pods at Rs 200 per kg and green akbare chilli at Rs 350. The market's most expensive items remain shiitake mushrooms and dried fish, both holding at Rs 1,000 per kg.
