काठमाडौं । भेन्चर हायर पर्चेज लिमिटेडले प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) जारी गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। कम्पनीले आईपीओ निष्कासनको अनुमति माग्दै नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) मा निवेदन दिएको हो।कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका कुल ११ लाख कित्ता साधारण सेयर सार्वजनिक निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। यसअनुसार कम्पनीले आईपीओमार्फत कुल ११ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको सेयर बिक्री गर्ने योजना बनाएको जनाएको छ।नियामक निकायबाट आवश्यक अनुमति प्राप्त भएपछि कम्पनीले उक्त आईपीओ सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गर्नेछ।कम्पनीको आईपीओ निष्कासनका लागि बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।
Kathmandu — Venture Hire Purchase Limited has initiated the process to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking approval to issue the shares.According to the proposal, the company plans to issue a total of 1.1 million ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share. Through this IPO, the company aims to raise Rs 110 million from the public.The company will proceed with the public issuance once it receives approval from the regulatory authority.Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
