विकास हाईड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले ल्याउँदै ४४ लाखभन्दा बढी कित्ता आईपीओVikas Hydropower Ltd to Issue Over 4.4 Million IPO Shares
विकास हाईड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि ४४ लाख ५४ हजार ५९६ कित्ता प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले यसका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट अनुमति प्राप्त गरिसकेको छ। बोर्डले फागुन १५ गते आईपीओ निष्कासनको स्वीकृति दिएको हो। कम्पनीले रु १०० अंकित मूल्यमा शेयर सार्वजनिक गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
आईपीओ निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले पाएको छ। अब कम्पनीले निष्कासन मिति, आवेदन प्रक्रिया तथा अन्य विवरण चाँडै सार्वजनिक गर्नेछ। यस आईपीओमार्फत विकास हाईड्रोपावरले आफ्नो जलविद्युत् परियोजनाको वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन तथा आगामी योजना कार्यान्वयनका लागि पूँजी जुटाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
Vikas Hydropower Company Limited is set to issue 4,454,596 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares to the general public. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the issuance. SEBON granted the approval on Falgun 15, and the shares will be issued at a face value of NPR 100 per unit.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the IPO. The company is expected to soon announce the opening date, application process, and other related details. Through this IPO, Vikas Hydropower aims to raise capital to fund its hydropower projects and strengthen its financial position for future expansion.
