विद्यालयमा भर्चुअल सिकाइ प्रणाली लागू हुने, डिजिटल पोर्टल विकास गरिनेVirtual Learning System to Be Introduced in Schools; Digital Learning Portal to Be Developed
काठमाडौं, जेठ १५ – सरकारले विद्यालय तहमा भर्चुअल सिकाइ प्रणाली लागू गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्दै अर्थमन्त्री विष्णुप्रसाद पौडेलले डिजिटल सिकाइ पोर्टल विकास गरी शिक्षामा गुणस्तर सुधार गरिने जानकारी दिएका हुन्।
हाल शिक्षा मन्त्रालयले सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको ‘सिकाइ चौतारी’ डिजिटल पोर्टललाई अझ प्रभावकारी बनाउँदै डिजिटल प्रविधिमा आधारित शिक्षण सिकाइ प्रणाली नेपाली मौलिकतासहित विकास गरिने बजेटमा उल्लेख छ।
बजेटमार्फत विद्यालय तहका शिक्षक र कर्मचारीका लागि पनि पर्याप्त विनियोजन गरिएको छ:
छात्रवृत्तिका लागि २ अर्ब ४४ करोड रुपैयाँ
ईसीडी शिक्षक र विद्यालय कर्मचारीको पारिश्रमिकका लागि १० अर्ब १६ करोड रुपैयाँ
साथै, अपाङ्गता भएका बालबालिकाहरूलाई आधारभूत तहसम्म छात्रावाससहितको शिक्षाको व्यवस्था गरिने उल्लेख गरिएको छ।
सरकारको यो कदमले समान पहुँचमा आधारित शिक्षा प्रणाली विकास, डिजिटली समावेशी सिकाइ वातावरण निर्माण, र शिक्षाको गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धि गर्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu, May 29 – The Government of Nepal has announced that a virtual learning system will be implemented at the school level, along with the development of a dedicated digital learning portal to enhance the quality of education.
Presenting the budget for fiscal year 2082/83, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel stated that the government will promote the use of virtual learning in schools and develop a teaching-learning system based on Nepali values and context.
While the Ministry of Education has already launched a digital platform called "Sikai Chautari", the budget further emphasizes upgrading and expanding digital education through a more robust portal.
Key budget allocations in the education sector include:
NPR 2.44 billion for scholarships
NPR 10.16 billion for salaries of ECD teachers and school staff
Additionally, the budget mentions that children with disabilities will be provided access to residential facilities up to the basic education level, ensuring inclusive education.
This initiative aims to build a more digitally inclusive and equitable learning environment, while enhancing the overall quality of education across Nepal.
