भिजन लुम्बिनी उर्जा कम्पनीले गत आर्थिक वर्षमा आर्जित मुनाफाबाट कुनै पनि प्रकारको लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। मंसिर १६ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सो निर्णय पारित गरेको हो। कम्पनीले उक्त आर्थिक वर्षको वित्तीय विवरणसमेत तयार पारी आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभामा पेस गर्ने जनाएको छ। लाभांश नदिने निर्णयले लगानीकर्तामा केही निराशा भए पनि कम्पनीले आगामी योजनाहरू र वित्तीय स्थायित्वलाई ध्यानमा राखेर यो कदम उठाएको बताइएको छ।
Vision Lumbini Urja Company has announced that it will not distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year. The decision was approved during the board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 16. The company has stated that the financial statements of the last fiscal year will be presented at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Although the move may disappoint investors, the company has indicated that the decision was made considering its future plans and financial stability.
