काठमाडौं । अर्थमन्त्री डा. स्वर्णिम वाग्ले फरक शैलीमा बजेट लिएर मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकमा पुगेका छन् ।
यसअघिका अर्थमन्त्रीहरूले झोला वा सुटकेसमा बजेट बोक्ने परम्परा तोड्दै वाग्लेले यसपटक नेपाली कागजको फाइलमा बजेट तयार पारेका हुन् ।
केहीअघि उनी मन्त्रालयबाट बजेट लिएर बैठकका लागि प्रस्थान गरेका छन् ।
विगतमा कुनै अर्थमन्त्रीले रातो सुटकेसमा त कसैले अल्लोको झोलामा बजेट वक्तव्य बोक्ने गरेका थिए ।
यसअघि उनले आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण पनि नेपाली कागजकै रङको आवरणमा तयार पारेका थिए ।
Kathmandu — Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has arrived at the Cabinet meeting carrying the budget in a distinctly different style.
Breaking from the tradition of past finance ministers who carried the budget in bags or suitcases, Wagle has this time prepared the budget in a Nepali paper file.
A short while ago, he departed from the Ministry with the budget, heading to the Cabinet meeting.
In the past, some finance ministers carried the budget statement in a red suitcase, while others used a bag made of allo (Himalayan nettle fabric).
Earlier, Wagle had also prepared the Economic Survey with a cover in the colour of Nepali paper.
