Win Nepal Laghubitta Decides Not to Distribute Dividend

Win Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB) has announced that it will not distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profits of the current fiscal year. A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Falgun 17 decided not to propose any dividend, considering the institution’s financial condition and the need to strengthen its financial position. The board has also resolved to send the financial statements, prepared without any dividend proposal, to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval for the purpose of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following approval from the central bank, the financial statements will be presented at the company’s AGM.
