याम्बालिङ्ग हाइड्रोपावरको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न, १ लाख ७४ हजारभन्दा बढीले पाए शेयरYambaling Hydropower IPO Allotment Completed, Over 174,000 Applicants Receive Shares
Yambaling Hydropower Limited को प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) बुधबार बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ । कम्पनीको शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक Muktinath Capital Limited को कार्यालयमा आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न भएको हो ।
कम्पनीले गत बैशाख १६ गतेदेखि २२ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका लागि प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका १७ लाख ४३ हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्काशन गरेको थियो । कुल १७ करोड ४३ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको उक्त आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताको उच्च आकर्षण देखिएको छ ।
आईपीओमा कुल २९ लाख ८२ हजार ४९८ जनाले ३ करोड २४ लाख ७८ हजार २३० कित्ता शेयरका लागि आवेदन दिएका थिए । तीमध्ये ४४ हजार ४१६ आवेदन रद्द भएका छन् भने २९ लाख ३८ हजार ८२ आवेदन स्वीकृत भएका छन् ।
मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेकाले आईपीओ गोलाप्रथा प्रक्रियामार्फत बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो । बाँडफाँटअनुसार १ लाख ७४ हजार ३०० जनाले १० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन् ।
कम्पनीको आईपीओ नतिजा केही बेरमा सम्बन्धित वेबसाइट तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकमार्फत हेर्न सकिने जनाइएको छ ।
The initial public offering (IPO) allotment of Yambaling Hydropower Limited was completed on Wednesday. The allotment process was carried out at the office of issue and sales manager Muktinath Capital Limited.
The company had issued 1.743 million ordinary shares worth Rs 174.3 million to the general public from Baisakh 16 to 22 at a face value of Rs 100 per share. The IPO received strong participation from investors across the country.
According to the allotment details, a total of 2.982 million applicants had applied for 32.478 million shares. Among them, 44,416 applications were rejected, while 2.938 million applications were approved.
Since the issue received applications far exceeding the available shares, the allotment was conducted through a lottery system. Under the allotment process, 174,300 applicants received 10 shares each.
The IPO result is expected to be available shortly through the official websites of the company and the issue manager.
