अन्यथा, ५ वर्षसम्म पनि कुनै लगानीकर्ताको दाबी प्रस्तुत हुन नआएको लाभांश रकम नेपाल सरकार, उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालय कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रारको कार्यालय अन्तर्गत रहेको लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा उक्त लाभांश रकम दाखिला (जम्मा) गरिने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौँ।
साथै नगद लाभांश सम्बन्धी अन्य जानकारीको लागी यस बैंकको शेयर रजिस्ट्रार एनआईएमबि एस क्यापिटल लि., लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौँ वा शाखा कार्यालयहरु: पुतलीसडक, लगनखेल, विराटनगर, वीरगञ्ज, पोखरा तथा बुटवलमा र यस बैंकका आफूलाई पायक पर्ने कुनै पनि शाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।
Otherwise, we hereby inform through this notice that dividend amounts that remain unclaimed by any investor for up to 5 years shall be deposited/transferred into the Investors Protection Fund under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Office of the Company Registrar, Government of Nepal.
Additionally, for any other information regarding cash dividend, you are requested to contact this bank's Share Registrar, NIMB Ace Capital Ltd., Lazimpat, Kathmandu, or its branch offices at Putalisadak, Lagankhel, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, and Butwal, or any convenient branch office of this bank.
