सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयरको बाँडफाँड सम्बन्धी सूचना
बेनी हाइड्रोपावर प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेडले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी रु. १,०४,००,००,०००/- (एक अर्ब चार करोड मात्र) को १०% अर्थात रु. १००/- अङ्कित दरको रु. १०,४०,००,०००/- रकम बराबरको १०,४०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयरमध्ये १०% अर्थात १,०४,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरुलाई, ५% अर्थात ५२,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई र २% अर्थात २०,८०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरी बाँकी रहेको ८,६३,२०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि मिति २०८३ भाद्र २२ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३ भाद्र २६ गतेसम्म निष्काशन तथा खुल्ला गरिएकोमा सो अवधि भित्र रीतपूर्वक आवेदन दिनुहुने आवेदकहरुमध्ये ८६,३२० जना आवेदकहरुलाई ८,६३,२०० कित्ता शेयर धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँड निर्देशिका, २०७४ बमोजिम मिति २०८३ असोज ०५ गते सोमबार बाँडफाँड गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको लागि सूचित गर्दछौं ।
साथै, यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड, सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेड तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद तथा हार्दिक कृतज्ञता ज्ञापन गर्दछौं ।

Notice Regarding Allotment of Ordinary Shares Issued for the General Public
Beni Hydropower Project Limited has issued and opened for public subscription from 2083 Bhadra 22 to 2083 Bhadra 26, out of its issued capital of Rs. 1,04,00,00,000/- (One Billion Four Crore Only), 10% equivalent to 10,40,000 ordinary shares of face value Rs. 100/- each amounting to Rs. 10,40,00,000/-. Out of these shares, 10% i.e. 1,04,000 ordinary shares were allotted to Nepalese citizens employed abroad, 5% i.e. 52,000 ordinary shares to mutual funds, and 2% i.e. 20,800 ordinary shares to employees working in the issuing company, leaving a remaining 8,63,200 ordinary shares for the general public. We hereby inform all concerned that the allotment has been made on Monday, 2083 Ashwin 05, in accordance with the Securities Issue and Allotment Guidelines, 2074, among 86,320 valid applicants out of those who applied duly within the said period for the 8,63,200 shares.
Furthermore, we express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all well-wishers, investor applicants, C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions, Securities Board of Nepal, Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, CDS and Clearing Limited, and all other concerned entities who provided cooperation and goodwill in this issuance process.
