१. वित्तीय विवरण
क. आ.व. २०८३/८४ को पहिलो त्रैमासिक अवधिको वासलात तथा नाफा नोक्सान हिसाब किताब मिति २०८३/०७/१८ गतेको प्रभाव दैनिक राष्ट्रिय पत्रिकामा प्रकाशित गरिनेछ ।

२. व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषण :
यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको मौज्दात, आम्दानी र तरलतामा उल्लेखनीय परिवर्तन छैन । कम्पनीको व्यावसायिक योजना अनुरूप नै कार्यहरू हुदैछन् । यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा विद्युत बिक्रिबाट हुने आम्दानी सन्तोषजनक रहेको पाईएको छ ।
३. कानूनी कारबाही सम्बन्धी विवरण :
यस त्रैमासिकमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध र कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र सञ्चालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामला परे/गरेको छैन ।
४. संगठित संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी विश्लेषण:
धितोपत्र बजारमा संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार निम्नानुसार सामान्य प्रकृति बाटै भएको छ । यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको अधिकतम, न्यूनतम, अन्तिम मूल्य कारोबार भएको कुल दिन तथा कारोबार संख्या स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि. को वेवसाईट अनुसार:

५. समस्या तथा चुनौती :
संस्थाले बहन गर्नु परेको समस्यामा विद्युत बिक्री मूल्य समायोजना हुन नसक्नु हो । विद्युत बिक्री मूल्य समय समयमा बृद्धि हुँदा पनि साना खाले विद्युत आयोजनाको मूल्य समाहीत हुन नसक्नु यस क्षेत्रको चुनौती बनेको छ । आइपर्ने समस्या र चुनौती समाधानका उपायहरू बारे सञ्चालक समितिले समय समयमा समिक्षा गरि रणनीति बनाई सो को निराकरण गर्न खोजेको छ ।
६. संस्थागत सुशासन :
संस्थागत सुशासनका लागि व्यवस्थापनले कर्मचारी वृत्ति विकास, आवश्यक कार्यकक्ष र सामाग्रिहरूको समुचित व्यवस्था कार्यका लागि उचित वातावरण तयार गर्ने गरेको छ ।

First Quarter Report of FY 2083/84
1. Financial Statements
a. The Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the first quarter of FY 2083/84 will be published in Prabhaw Dainik national daily on 2083/07/18.
b. Based on the said Balance Sheet, the main financial ratios of the company are as follows:

2. Management Analysis:
There are no significant changes in the company's inventory, income, and liquidity during this quarterly period. Operations are progressing as per the company's business plan. Income generated from electricity sales during this quarter has been satisfactory.
3. Details Regarding Legal Proceedings:
During this quarter, no lawsuits have been filed by or against the institution, nor against the promoters or directors.
4. Analysis Regarding Share Transactions of the Body Corporate:
Share transactions of the company in the securities market remained normal as follows. The maximum, minimum, closing price, total trading days, and number of transactions of the company during this quarterly period according to the Stock Exchange Ltd. website are:

5. Problems and Challenges:
The major problem faced by the institution is the inability to adjust the electricity sales price. Despite periodic rate increases, the inability to incorporate the costs of small-scale hydropower projects remains a sector-wide challenge. The Board of Directors periodically reviews and formulates strategies to address and resolve these emerging problems and challenges.

For corporate governance, management provides suitable working space, material arrangements, and a conducive environment for employee career development.
