यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी केहीले आफ्नो नामको शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृति पाउँ भनी बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएको र संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बीच शेयर खरिद बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन भए बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय कमलादी काठमाडौंमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।
सोका अतिरिक्त विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी(हरू)लाई लक्षित गरी मिति २०८३/०४/२० गतेको आर्थिक अभियान राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा सो सूचनाको म्याद भित्र कोहि कसैबाट पनि उक्त शेयर खरिदको लागि निवेदन पर्न नआएको जानकारी सहित नियमानुसार उक्त शेयर विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थाले खरिद गर्न इच्छा भएमा ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय कमलादी काठमाडौंमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन समेत यसै सूचनाबाट जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
Since some promoter shareholders of this bank have applied to the bank seeking necessary approval to sell the shares in their name, and as per the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank requiring that existing promoter shareholders be given first priority when selling shares of the promoter group, and that sale to other persons or institutions is permitted only if the purchase and sale cannot be effected among existing promoter shareholders, interested existing promoter shareholders of this bank wishing to purchase the said promoter shares are requested to contact the bank's Registered Office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
In addition, a 35-day notice regarding the sale of promoter shares targeted at existing promoter shareholder(s) was published in the Aarthik Abhiyan National Daily on date 2083/04/20, and no applications were received from anyone within the deadline of that notice. Therefore, in accordance with the rules, if any person/institution other than existing promoter shareholders desires to purchase the said shares, they are hereby informed via this notice to contact the Bank's Registered Office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days.
