यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी केहीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर आंशिक वा सम्पूर्ण बिक्रीको लागि आवश्यक स्वीकृति पाउँ भनी बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएको र यसरी संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बीच उक्त शेयर खरीद बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन भए बमोजिम उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको रजिस्टर्ड कार्यालय कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क गरी निवेदन गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
Some promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted an application to the bank requesting necessary approval to sell part or all of the promoter shares held in their names; and as per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank that existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority when selling shares of the promoter group, and the shares can be sold to other persons or institutions only if they cannot be bought/sold among existing promoter shareholders, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the said shares are requested to contact and submit an application to the bank's Registered Office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
