५ वर्ष भन्दा पुरानो लाभांश बुझिलिने सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरूरी सूचना
यस बैंकको विभिन्न वार्षिक साधारण सभाहरुबाट पारित भएका क्रमशः आ.व. २०६६/०६७, २०६७/०६८, २०६८/०६९, २०७०/०७१, २०७३/०७४, २०७५/०७६ र २०७६/०७७ सम्मको ५ वर्ष भन्दा पुरानो नगद लाभांश हालसम्म पनि कतिपय शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं । तसर्थ नगद लाभांश बुझिलिन बाँकी शेयरधनीहरुले बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लि., नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा सम्पर्क राखी नगद लाभांश बुझिलिन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
साथै यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १ (एक) महिनाभित्र आफ्नो बक्यौता नगद लाभांश बुझि नलिएमा सो लाभांश रकम कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८३ बमोजिम स्थापना भएको “लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोष” मा जम्मा हुने व्यहोरा पनि जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
लाभांश रकम बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेका शेयरधनीहरुको विवरण ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंक लि. तथा यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लि. को वेबसाइटमा राखिएको व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
पुनश्च : आर्थिक वर्षहरु २०७७/०७८, २०७८/०७९, २०७९/०८० र २०८१/०८२ को नगद लाभांश हितग्राही खातामा अद्यावधिक भएको बैंक खाता नमिलेको अवस्था र हालसम्म पनि हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक नभई खातामा रकमान्तरण भई नसकेका शेयरधनीहरुले सम्बन्धित निक्षेप सदस्यकोमा गई आफ्नो बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गर्नुहुन तथा धितोपत्र रोक्काको हकमा सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट प्राप्त फुकुवा पत्र वा No Objection Letter यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लि. मा बुझाउनु हुन र भौतिक रुपमा शेयर रहेका शेयरधनीहरुको हकमा यथाशीघ्र अभौतिकीकरण गर्नुहुन समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Urgent Notice Regarding Collection of Dividends Older Than 5 Years
We inform all concerned shareholders that the cash dividends passed by various Annual General Meetings of this bank, specifically for Fiscal Years 2066/067, 2067/068, 2068/069, 2070/071, 2073/074, 2075/076, and 2076/077, which are older than 5 years, remain uncollected by several shareholders to date. Therefore, shareholders who have yet to collect their cash dividends are requested to contact the bank's Share Registrar, Global IME Capital Ltd., Naxal, Kathmandu, to receive their cash dividend.
Furthermore, if the outstanding cash dividend is not collected within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of this notice, please be informed that such dividend amount shall be deposited into the "Investors Protection Fund" established pursuant to Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063.
Details of shareholders who have not collected their dividend amounts have been uploaded on the websites of Global IME Bank Ltd. and its Share Registrar, Global IME Capital Ltd.
P.S.: For cash dividends of Fiscal Years 2077/078, 2078/079, 2079/080, and 2081/082, in cases where the bank account updated in the Demat account does not match, or where the bank account has not been updated in the Demat account to date resulting in non-transfer of funds into the account, shareholders are requested to visit their concerned Depository Participant (DP) to update their bank account. In case of pledged/frozen securities, shareholders are requested to submit the release letter or No Objection Letter obtained from the concerned bank or financial institution to the bank's Share Registrar, Global IME Capital Ltd. Shareholders holding physical shares are also requested through this notice to dematerialize them as soon as possible.
