In connection with the above subject, as per the decision of the 93rd Board of Directors meeting of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited held on date 2083।06।29, this is to inform that Himalayan Investment Banker Ltd., which has been providing Registrar to Share services to this company, has been changed, and it has been decided to take the said services from Himalayan Securities Banker Ltd. henceforth.
