यस कम्पनीमा बीमा गर्नु भएका आदरणीय बीमितहरूको बीमालेखहरू विभिन्न मितिहरूमा परिपक्व भएको र विगत लामो समय देखि उक्त बीमालेखहरूको चुक्ता, जिवीत लाभ र पूर्ण परिपक्व लाभ (Paid up/Survival Benefit/Maturity Benefit) रकम भुक्तानी हुन नसकी बाँकी रहन गएकोले उक्त दाबी रकम प्राप्त गर्नको लागि आफूसँग भएको सक्कल बीमालेख, नागरिकताको प्रतिलिपी, रद्द गरिएको चेक (Cancelled Cheque) को प्रतिलिपीको साथै अन्य आवश्यक कागजात सहित आफूलाई पायक पर्ने यस कम्पनीको कुनै पनि शाखा, उपशाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राखी आफ्नो दाबी भुक्तानी रकम लिनुहुन हामी हाम्रा सम्बन्धित बीमितहरू एवं कानूनी हकवालाहरूलाई यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।

Since the insurance policies of our respected policyholders who have insured with this company have matured on various dates, and the paid up, survival benefit, and maturity benefit (Paid up/Survival Benefit/Maturity Benefit) amounts of those policies have remained unpaid for a long time, we hereby request our respective policyholders and legal heirs through this notice to contact any convenient branch or sub-branch office of this company along with the original insurance policy, copy of citizenship certificate, copy of cancelled cheque, and other necessary documents to receive their claim payment.
