यस विकास बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी गायत्री अधिकारीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये २६९७८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृतिको लागि बैंकको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष आवेदन दिनु भएकोले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस बैंकका बिद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०४/२४ गतेको हिमालय टाइम्स दैनिकमा ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उपरोक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न कुनै पनि विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद सम्बन्धी योग्यता पुगेको व्यहोरा खुल्ने कागजात तथा अन्य विवरणहरु खुलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको मुख्य कार्यालय डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
15-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As Gayatri Adhikari, a promoter shareholder of this Bikas Bank, has submitted an application to the Bank's Board of Directors for the necessary approval to sell 26978 units of promoter shares held in her name, a 35-day notice was published in the Himalaya Times daily on 2083/04/24 for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this Bank interested in purchasing the promoter shares. Since no applications were received from any existing promoters to purchase the said shares, other individuals or institutions interested in purchasing the promoter shares are requested to submit an application to the Bank's Head Office in Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with documents and other details proving eligibility for purchasing promoter shares as prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
