नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त निर्देशन अनुसार यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल शेयरहरु मध्ये तपसिलमा उल्लेखित यस कम्पनीको संस्थापक, सर्वसाधारणतर्फ कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरहरुको लक-इन (Lock-In) अवधि देहाय बमोजिमको मिति सम्म रहेको र सो पश्चात् समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण नियमनकारी निकायहरु तथा शेयरधनी महानुभावहरू र सरोकारवालाहरूलाई जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

As per the directives received from the Securities Board of Nepal, this notice is published to inform all regulatory bodies, shareholders, and concerned parties that the lock-in period for the shares owned by promoters and public category employees of this company, registered with the Securities Board of Nepal as listed below, will remain valid up to the following date and will expire thereafter.
