संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने सूचना
यस बैंकका ५ जना संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ८२,९६५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर आंशिक वा पुरै बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृति पाउँ भनी बैंकमा निवेदन गर्नु भएको र संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र यसरी खरिद बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सो शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन भए बमोजिम बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
तसर्थ, विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र के-कति रकममा खरिद गर्ने हो सो समेत खुलाइ यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्टारको कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ । सो म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उक्त शेयरहरू खरिद बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारवाहि अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैलाई जानकारी गराइन्छ । विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि बैंकको शेयर विभाग, केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
Since 5 promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted applications to the bank seeking necessary approval to sell partially or fully the 82,965 units of promoter shares held in their names, and as per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank that existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority when selling shares of the promoter group, and only if such sale and purchase cannot take place, the shares should be bought and sold to other individuals or institutions, this notice is published for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank.
Therefore, if existing promoter shareholders are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the office of the Bank's Share Registrar at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, disclosing the price at which they wish to purchase. All concerned are informed that if no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified period, necessary procedures will be initiated to sell the said shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing rules. For detailed information, please contact the Share Department at the Bank's Central Office.
