आर्थिक वर्ष २०७७/०७८ को नगद लाभांश भुक्तानी सम्बन्धी सूचना
कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८२ तथा दफा १८३ मा उल्लेख भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम लाभांश वितरण गर्ने विषयमा कम्पनीको साधारण सभाले निर्णय गरेको मितिले ५ वर्षसम्म पनि यस एन आई सी एशिया लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका केही शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले हाल सम्म पनि आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खाता अद्यावधिक नगराउनु भएको तथा हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेखित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाको खाता मर्जरको कारणले गर्दा परिवर्तन भएकोले नगद लाभांश रकम जम्मा गर्न नसकिएको अवस्था रहेकोले उक्त नगद लाभांश रकम लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा जम्मा गर्नुपर्ने प्रचलित कानूनी व्यवस्था रहेको हुँदा सो प्रयोजनार्थ यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
तसर्थ हालसम्म नगद लाभांश भुक्तानी प्राप्त गर्न छुट हुनु भएका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खाता अद्यावधिक गरी आर्थिक वर्ष २०७७/०७८ को नगद लाभांश यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र भुक्तानी प्राप्त गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ । अन्यथा उक्त अवधि पश्चात् भुक्तानी हुन बाँकी नगद लाभांश लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा जम्मा गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौँ ।
साथै, लाभांश प्राप्त नगर्नु भएका तथा विविध कारणवश लाभांश जम्मा नभएको/फिर्ता भएको शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको विवरण यस एन आई सी एशिया लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको वेवसाइट www.nicasialaghubitta.com तथा एन आई सी एशिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको वेवसाइट www.nicasiacapital.com मा राखिएको व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौँ ।
Notice Regarding Cash Dividend Payment for Fiscal Year 2077/078
As per the provisions mentioned in Section 182 and Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063, some shareholders of NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have not updated their bank/financial institution account details in their Demat accounts even after 5 years from the decision date of the General Meeting regarding dividend distribution, or the bank/financial institution account mentioned in the Demat account has changed due to mergers, leading to the inability to deposit the cash dividend amount. As per the prevailing legal provisions, such uncollected cash dividend amounts must be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund, this notice is published for the said purpose.
Therefore, shareholders who have missed receiving the cash dividend payment so far are requested to update their bank/financial institution account details in their Demat accounts and receive the cash dividend for Fiscal Year 2077/078 within 35 days from the publication date of this notice. Otherwise, notice is hereby given that the remaining unpaid cash dividends after the said period will be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund.
Additionally, shareholders are hereby informed through this notice that the details of shareholders who have not received the dividend or whose dividend could not be deposited/was returned due to various reasons have been published on the website of NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited www.nicasialaghubitta.com and NIC ASIA Capital Limited www.nicasiacapital.com.
