Notice to Shareholders Regarding Collection of Dividend

As per the provisions in Section 182 Subsection (9) and (10) of the Companies Act, 2063 and Section 7 of the Investor Protection Fund Management and Operation Procedure, 2073, dividend amount not claimed or received by investors within 5 years from the date of decision to distribute dividend is required to be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund established pursuant to Section 183 of the same Act. Accordingly, this notice has been published pursuant to Point No. 3 (5) of Directive No. 16 of the Unified Directive-2080 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, Bank and Financial Institution Regulation Department to licensed banks and financial institutions, as well as the prevailing Companies Act, requesting concerned shareholders or their legal heirs who have unpaid dividend amounts remaining to be collected for FY 2075/076 and FY 2076/07 (including former Kanchan Development Bank) and financial years prior to that, to contact the office of this bank's Share Registrar, NMB Capital Ltd., Baluwatar, Kathmandu to receive the amount. Please be informed that if shareholders do not collect the unpaid dividend amount for the specified financial years within one month from the date of publication of this notice, the amount will be sent to the Investor Protection Fund.
