यस संस्थाको विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ७४१७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र संस्थाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशनको परिधि भित्र रही यस कम्पनीको विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई शेयर खरीदकोलागि प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने व्यवस्था बमोजिम उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीकोलागि मिति २०८३/०५/२३ गते ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा सो अवधिमा संस्थापकहरुबाट शेयर खरीदको लागि आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न चाहने अन्य सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ दिन भित्र आफुले खरीद गर्न चाहेको शेयर कित्ता तथा दरभाउ सहितको व्यहोरा खुलाई आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा ७, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ। रीतपूर्वक पेश नभएको निवेदन स्वीकार गरिने छैन ।
Urgent Notice to Individuals/Entities Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

Existing promoter shareholders of this institution have submitted applications expressing their desire to sell 7417 units of promoter shares registered in their names. In accordance with the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank requiring priority to be given to existing promoter shareholders for purchasing the shares, a 35-day notice was published on 2083/05/23 for the information of existing promoter shareholders willing to purchase said shares. Since no applications were received from promoter shareholders within that period, other general individuals or institutions wishing to purchase the shares are hereby notified to submit an application disclosing the number of share units desired to be purchased and the offered rate, along with necessary supporting documents and evidence, to the company's Central Office at Banepa 7, Kavrepalanchowk within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications not submitted duly as prescribed will not be accepted.
