Notice Regarding Collection of Dividend Older Than 5 Years and Account Claim/Updating

As approved by the past Annual General Meetings of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited, cash dividends remaining uncollected by the respective shareholders for a period exceeding 5 (five) years up to F.Y. 2079/80 are available for collection. All respected shareholders are requested to contact the Bank's Share Registrar NIMB Ace Capital Limited (NIMB ACE CAPITAL LIMITED), Lazimpat, Kathmandu in time to collect their remaining dividend amount. Otherwise, notice is hereby given that the unpaid dividend amount shall be processed in accordance with prevailing laws.
