यस सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५२,८२७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छुक भई यस कम्पनी समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा श्री नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी "बीमकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७" बमोजिम बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ (पैतीस) दिन भित्र के कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिने हो खुलाई यस कम्पनीको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय, पुतलीसडक, काठमाण्डौमा आई पुग्ने गरी निवेदन दिनु हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बिक्री गरिने संस्थापक शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य प्रचलित मूल्य भन्दा कम नहुने गरी बिक्रीकर्ताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ र बिक्रेताले तोकेको प्रति कित्ता शेयर मूल्य सम्बन्धि जानकारीको लागि कम्पनीको कानुन विभागमा सम्पर्क गर्नु हुन अनुरोध छ । साथै उल्लेखित म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूबाट शेयर खरिदको लागि निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित कानुन बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धि आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धीत सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
35-Day Urgent Notice Regarding
Sale of Promoter Shares

As the promoter shareholder of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has submitted an application to this company expressing desire to sell 52,827 units of promoter shares under their ownership, and a decision has been made to proceed with the sale process in accordance with the "Directive on Transaction of Promoter Shares of Insurers, 2077" issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority; priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares. Therefore, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the said shares are requested to submit an application to the company's Corporate Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase.
The selling price of the promoter shares to be sold shall be as determined by the seller, which shall not be less than the prevailing market price, and for information regarding the per-share price specified by the seller, please contact the Legal Department of the company. Furthermore, if no application for share purchase is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified deadline, this notice is published for the information of all concerned that necessary procedures will be initiated to sell the shares to other individuals or institutions in accordance with prevailing laws.
