Malaysia Multiple Entry e-Visa for Nepali – 30 Days Stay Each Visit

The Malaysia Multiple Entry e-Visa (MEV) allows Nepali citizens to travel to Malaysia multiple times within a visa’s validity period—ideal for business travelers, frequent visitors, or those maintaining long-term relations with Malaysian companies or institutions. Each stay under this visa is limited to 30 days per entry, and the visa remains valid for up to 6 months from the date of issuance.
Applications are processed entirely online through the official MYVISA portal: https://malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my. Only this portal is recognized by the Immigration Department of Malaysia; third-party websites are unofficial and should be avoided.
To qualify, applicants must hold a valid Nepali passport with at least six months of remaining validity and demonstrate a genuine purpose for repeated visits—such as attending meetings, sourcing goods, or participating in conferences. Applicants must also provide proof of financial means and clean travel history with Malaysia.
Required Documents:
Passport biodata page (valid for 6 months or more)
Recent studio-taken passport-size photo (white background)
Confirmed return or onward flight ticket
Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)
Business or personal invitation letter (if applicable)
Cover letter specifying the reason for multiple entries
Bank statement / proof of funds
Application Process:
Register under the Individual category and create an account.
Complete the online form and upload all supporting documents.
Pay the visa fee and processing charges online (Visa fee + RM 105 service fee + minor convenience fee).
Processing normally takes 2 – 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once approved, download and print your e-Visa in A4 format.
Important Notes:
Each entry permits a maximum stay of 30 days; overstays may result in fines or entry ban.
The MEV is valid for 6 months from issuance date and can be used for multiple entries.
e-Visa approval does not guarantee entry; final decision rests with Malaysian immigration officers.
Ensure all details match your passport; incorrect entries invalidate the visa.
Always apply at least two weeks before travel date for smooth processing.
