कुमारी बैंकको संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा Promoter shares of Kumari Bank on sale
कुमारी बैंकले संस्थापक सेयरधनी निभा सैंजुको नाममा रहेको १६ हजार ८३० कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। यसमा बैंकका विद्यमान अन्य संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आज (जेठ २३ गते) बाट ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको प्रधान कार्यालय, टंगाल वा कुमारी क्यापिटलको कार्यालय नक्साल नागपोखरी, काठमाडौंमा आवेदन दिनु पर्नेछ।
सेयर भाउ भने बिक्रेताले तोकेको बमोजिम हुने सूचनामा उल्लेख छ। उक्त समयमा हाल कायम संस्थापक सेयरधनीले सेयर खरिद नगरे अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सेयर बिक्री गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Kumari Bank has announced the sale of 16,830 promoter shares registered under the name of Nibha Saiju. Current promoter shareholders of the bank are eligible to apply for the purchase of these shares. Interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days from today (Jestha 23) at either the bank's head office in Tangal or Kumari Capital's office in Naxal Nagpokhari, Kathmandu.
The sale price of the shares will be as determined by the seller. If the existing promoter shareholders do not purchase the shares within the given timeframe, the bank will sell the shares to other individuals or institutions.
