नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट मेगा बैंक लिमिटेड (एनआईएमबी) ले आफ्ना ५ जना संस्थापक सेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको ८२ हजार ९ सय ६५ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको प्रावधानअनुसार संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्दा पहिलो प्राथमिकता विद्यमान संस्थापकलाई नै दिनुपर्ने भएकाले बैंकले खरिदका लागि प्रस्ताव आह्वान गरेको हो।
खरिदका लागि इच्छुक हाल कायम संस्थापक सेयरधनीले ३५ दिनभित्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। बैंकका अनुसार खरिदकर्ताले आफूले लिन चाहेको सेयर कित्ता र त्यसको मूल्यसमेत खुलाएर काठमाडौंको कमलादीस्थित आईटी प्लाजामा रहेको बैंकको सेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालयमा निवेदन बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।
तोकिएको ३५ दिनको म्यादभित्र हालका संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूबाट सेयर खरिदका लागि कुनै पनि आवेदन नआएमा उक्त सेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने बैंकले जनाएको छ। सेयरसम्बन्धी थप विवरण बुझ्न बैंकको दरबारमार्गस्थित केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिनेछ।
Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has announced the sale of 82,965 promoter shares belonging to five of its current promoter shareholders. In compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank's regulatory provisions, the bank has issued a notice giving first priority to its existing promoters for the purchase of these shares.
Interested existing promoter shareholders must submit their formal applications within 35 days of the notice's publication. According to the bank, potential buyers need to clearly state the number of shares they wish to acquire and their proposed purchase price, and submit the application to the bank's Share Registrar Office located at IT Plaza in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If the bank does not receive any applications from the current promoters within the stipulated 35-day timeframe, it will initiate the process of selling the shares to other interested individuals or institutions. For additional information regarding the share sale, stakeholders can contact the bank's Share Department at its central office in Durbar Marg.
