काठमाडौं — प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका एक संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १३,००० कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेका छन्। कम्पनीका संस्थापक सेयरधनी नवराज अधिकारीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वको उक्त सेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिएका हुन्।
संस्थापक सेयर खरिद-बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नियमअनुसार कम्पनीले मंगलबार (असोज २१ गते) ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गरेको छ। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले तोकेको 'फिट एन्ड प्रोपर टेस्ट' को मापदण्ड पूरा गर्ने विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आवश्यक कागजातसहित ३५ दिनभित्र काठमाडौंको कमलादीस्थित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
तोकिएको म्यादभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूबाट खरिदका लागि कुनै निवेदन नआएमा उक्त सेयर सर्वसाधारण वा अन्य संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — A promoter shareholder of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has put 13,000 promoter shares up for sale. Navaraj Adhikari, a promoter shareholder of the company, has submitted an application to sell these shares under his ownership.
In accordance with the regulatory provision that requires giving first priority to existing promoters when selling promoter shares, the company issued a 35-day public notice on Tuesday (Ashoj 21). Existing promoter shareholders who meet the 'Fit and Proper Test' criteria prescribed by the Nepal Insurance Authority can submit their applications along with the necessary documents to the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within 35 days.
The company has stated that if no purchase applications are received from the existing promoters within the specified deadline, the process will move forward to sell these shares to the general public or other institutions.
