लुम्बिनी विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका दुई संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको कुल १ लाख ५१ हजार ५ सय ८५ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेका छन्। यसअघि बैंककै विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूलाई मात्र लक्षित गरी ३५ दिने सूचना निकालिएको भए पनि कसैको आवेदन नपरेपछि अब सर्वसाधारण तथा अन्य संस्थाहरूले समेत खरिद गर्न पाउने गरी खुला गरिएको हो।
बैंकले मंगलबार (असोज २१ गते) दोस्रो पटक १५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई आवेदन दिन आह्वान गरेको छ। बिक्रीमा राखिएको सेयरमध्ये संस्थापक ठाकुरप्रसाद बरालको नाममा रहेको ८ हजार कित्ता र भेन्चर होल्डिङ्स प्रालि (साविक भेन्चर ट्रेडिङ एन्ड इन्भेस्टमेन्ट प्रालि) को नाममा रहेको १ लाख ४३ हजार ५८५ कित्ता रहेको छ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको संस्थापक सेयर खरिद सम्बन्धी योग्यता पुगेका जुनसुकै व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले आवश्यक कागजातसहित १५ दिनभित्र काठमाडौंको डिल्लीबजारस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ। विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूबाट खरिदको प्रस्ताव नआएपछि बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिले अन्य लगानीकर्तालाई समेत यो अवसर खुला गरेको हो।
Two promoter shareholders of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited have put their total 151,585 promoter shares up for sale. While a 35-day notice was previously issued targeting only the existing promoter shareholders of the bank, no applications were received. Consequently, the sale has now been opened to the general public and other institutions.
On Tuesday (Ashoj 21), the bank issued a 15-day public notice for the second time, calling for applications from interested individuals or institutions. Among the shares put up for sale, 8,000 shares belong to promoter Thakur Prasad Baral, and 143,585 shares belong to Venture Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Venture Trading and Investment Pvt. Ltd.).
Any individual or institution meeting the qualifications set by the Nepal Rastra Bank for purchasing promoter shares must submit an application along with the necessary documents to the bank's central office in Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within 15 days. The bank's board of directors decided to open this opportunity to other investors after receiving no purchase proposals from the existing promoters.
