नेपाल लाइफ इन्सुरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले माघ २८ गते बिहान ९ बजे होटल भिष्वा, बीरगन्जमा वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ।
कम्पनीले १०% बोनस सेयर र ११.०५% नगद लाभांश, कुल २१.०५% लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गर्नेछ। यसका लागि माघ १० गते बुक क्लोज गरिनेछ, जसअनुसार माघ ९ गतेसम्म कायम रहने शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र सभा र लाभांशमा भाग लिन सक्नेछन्।
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28th Magh at 9:00 AM at Hotel Bhishwa, Birgunj.
The company will propose to distribute a total of 21.05% dividend, consisting of 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend. The book closure date for the AGM and dividend distribution is set for 10th Magh, meaning only shareholders who hold shares as of 9th Magh will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
