काठमाडौं । बुद्धभूमि नेपाल हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सञ्चालक इल्या दीक्षित भट्टराईको राजीनामा स्वीकृत गरेको छ ।
कम्पनीले जानकारी गराएअनुसार व्यक्तिगत तथा पारिवारिक कारण देखाउँदै भट्टराईले सञ्चालक पदबाट दिएको राजीनामा २०८३ वैशाख ८ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले स्वीकृत गरेको हो ।
उक्त निर्णयपछि सञ्चालक समितिबाट उनको औपचारिक बिदाइ भएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
कम्पनीले सो निर्णयबारे नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड, कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रारको कार्यालय तथा सीडीएस एन्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडलाई समेत जानकारी गराएको छ ।
कम्पनीका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत शेखर कुमार सुवेदीद्वारा हस्ताक्षरित पत्रमार्फत उक्त जानकारी सम्बन्धित निकायहरूलाई पठाइएको हो ।
Kathmandu — Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydro Power Company Limited has approved the resignation of its board member, Iliya Dixit Bhattarai.
According to the company, Bhattarai submitted his resignation from the position of director citing personal and family reasons. The board of directors accepted the resignation during a meeting held on 8 April 2083.
The company stated that the decision was made following formal discussion at the board level, thereby completing the resignation process of the concerned director.
The company has also informed relevant regulatory bodies, including the Securities Board of Nepal, Nepal Stock Exchange, Office of the Company Registrar, and CDS & Clearing Limited, regarding the decision.
The official communication was signed by Chief Executive Officer Shekhar Kumar Subedi on behalf of the company.
