काठमाडौं — गुराँस लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट आफ्ना सेयरधनीहरूलाई १० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ । संस्थाको असोज २ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले लगानीकर्तालाई उक्त प्रतिफल बाँड्ने प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको हो ।
सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार, सेयरधनीहरूले ९.५ प्रतिशत चुक्ता पुँजीको बोनस सेयर प्राप्त गर्नेछन् । त्यस्तै, सो बोनस सेयरमा लाग्ने कर तिर्नका लागि संस्थाले ०.५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांशसमेत छुट्याएको जनाएको छ ।
सञ्चालक समितिले सिफारिस गरेको यो लाभांश तत्कालै भने वितरण हुनेछैन । यसका लागि नियामक निकाय नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले स्वीकृति दिनुपर्नेछ । राष्ट्र बैंकको अन्तिम स्वीकृतिपछि संस्थाको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट अनुमोदन भएपछि मात्रै सेयरधनीहरूले उक्त लाभांश हात पार्नेछन् ।
Kathmandu — Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a 10 percent dividend for its shareholders from the profits generated in the previous fiscal year. The board of directors' meeting held on Ashwin 2 made the decision to propose this return to the investors.
As per the board's decision, the microfinance institution will distribute 9.5 percent in the form of bonus shares. Additionally, a 0.5 percent cash dividend has been allocated specifically to cover the tax liabilities associated with the bonus shares.
However, the proposed dividend will not be distributed immediately. It must first be approved by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Following NRB's clearance, the dividend will finally be distributed to the shareholders once it is endorsed by the institution's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
