हिमालयन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स म्युचुअल फण्डअन्तर्गत सञ्चालित ‘एचएलआई लार्ज क्याप फण्ड’ ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को लेखापरीक्षणसहितको वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट २०८२ साउन २२ गते सञ्चालन अनुमति पाएको यो बन्दमुखी योजनाको व्यवस्थापक हिमालयन इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकर लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
सार्वजनिक विवरणअनुसार, २०८३ असार मसान्तसम्ममा यस योजनाको प्रति इकाइ खुद सम्पत्ति मूल्य (न्याभ) ८ रुपैयाँ ७३ पैसा कायम भएको छ। फण्डले ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको इकाइ पुँजी निष्कासन गरेकोमा जगेडा तथा कोषहरूमा भने ६३ करोड २५ लाख ९३ हजार रुपैयाँ (नकारात्मक) रहेको देखिन्छ।
समीक्षा अवधिमा फण्डले कुल ७ करोड ४५ लाख २९ हजार रुपैयाँ ब्याज आम्दानी र २९ लाख ४५ हजार रुपैयाँ लाभांश आम्दानी गरेको छ। यद्यपि, फेयर मूल्यमा मापन गरिएको वित्तीय सम्पत्ति बिक्रीबाट ६३ करोड ३५ लाख ७८ हजार रुपैयाँ नोक्सानी व्यहोरेका कारण समग्र खुद आम्दानी पनि ६३ करोड २५ लाख ९३ हजार रुपैयाँले ऋणात्मक हुन पुगेको छ।
योजना व्यवस्थापकले व्यवस्थापन शुल्कबापत ५ करोड ९१ लाख ७८ हजार रुपैयाँ खर्च गरेको छ भने अन्य सञ्चालन तथा प्रशासनिक खर्चसहित कुल खर्च ७ करोड ६४ लाख ५६ हजार रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। असार मसान्तसम्ममा फण्डसँग ९४ करोड २ लाख २९ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद तथा बैंक मौज्दात रहेको विवरणमा उल्लेख छ।
The 'HLI Large Cap Fund,' a closed-end mutual fund scheme operated under Himalayan Life Insurance Mutual Fund, has published its audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2082/83. Managed by Himalayan Investment Banker Limited, the scheme received its operating license from the Securities Board of Nepal on Shrawan 22, 2082.
According to the published report, the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit stood at Rs 8.73 as of Ashadh end, 2083. While the fund has issued unit capital worth Rs 5 billion, its reserves and surplus show a negative balance of Rs 632.59 million.
During the review period, the fund generated interest income of Rs 74.52 million and dividend income of Rs 2.94 million. However, due to a substantial loss of Rs 633.57 million from the sale of financial assets measured at fair value, the overall net income resulted in a deficit of Rs 632.59 million.
On the expenditure side, the scheme manager incurred Rs 59.17 million as management fees. Including other operational and administrative costs, the total expenses amounted to Rs 76.45 million. The report further indicates that the fund maintained cash and bank balances of Rs 940.22 million as of Ashadh end.
