काठमाडौं । नेपाल पूँजीबजार लगानीकर्ता संघले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डका नवनियुक्त अध्यक्षलाई बधाई तथा सफल कार्यकालको शुभकामना दिएको छ। संघले बोर्डको नेतृत्वमा पुँजी बजार सुधार, नीतिगत स्थायित्व र लगानीकर्ताको विश्वास बढाउने काम प्रभावकारी रूपमा अघि बढ्ने अपेक्षा व्यक्त गरेको छ।
संघका अध्यक्ष एस.पी. चौलागाईंले हस्ताक्षर गरेको शुभकामना पत्रमा नेपालको पुँजी बजारलाई अझ पारदर्शी, प्रतिस्पर्धी, विश्वसनीय, प्रविधिमैत्री र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मापदण्डअनुरूप विकास गर्न सक्षम नेतृत्वको आवश्यकता रहेको उल्लेख गरिएको छ। संघले नवनियुक्त अध्यक्षको अनुभव र नेतृत्वले बजार सुधारको नयाँ युग सुरु गर्ने विश्वास व्यक्त गरेको छ।
पत्रमा पुँजी बजार केवल शेयर कारोबार गर्ने माध्यम मात्र नभई राष्ट्रिय बचतलाई उत्पादनशील क्षेत्रमा परिचालन गर्ने, उद्योग–व्यवसायका लागि दीर्घकालीन वित्तीय स्रोत सुनिश्चित गर्ने र आर्थिक विकासलाई गति दिने महत्वपूर्ण वित्तीय पूर्वाधार भएको उल्लेख छ। त्यसैले नियामक निकायका रूपमा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको भूमिका अझ प्रभावकारी, सक्रिय र दूरदर्शी हुनुपर्ने संघको भनाइ छ।
संघले लगानीकर्ताले धितोपत्र बोर्डलाई अभिभावक संस्थाका रूपमा अनुभूति गर्न सक्ने गरी पारदर्शी शासन, लगानीमैत्री वातावरण, नवीनतम प्रविधिको प्रयोग, नीतिगत स्पष्टता र सरल नियममार्फत बजारमा विश्वास तथा स्थायित्व जगाउनुपर्ने अपेक्षा राखेको छ।
त्यस्तै, पुँजी बजारको पहुँच देशका हरेक कुनाकाप्चासम्म पुर्याउने, लगानीकर्ताको हकहित संरक्षण गर्ने र राष्ट्रको आर्थिक समृद्धिमा पुँजी बजारको योगदान बढाउने दिशामा बोर्डको नयाँ नेतृत्व सफल हुने विश्वास संघले व्यक्त गरेको छ।

The Nepal Pujibazar Laganikarta Sang has congratulated the newly appointed Chairperson of the Securities Board of Nepal and extended best wishes for a successful tenure.
In a congratulatory letter signed by the association’s president, S.P. Chaulagain, the association expressed confidence that the new leadership will help make Nepal’s capital market more transparent, competitive, credible, technology-friendly and aligned with international standards.
The association stated that Nepal’s capital market has reached a stage where strong, policy-driven and visionary leadership is necessary. It further mentioned that the capital market is not only a platform for share transactions, but also an important financial infrastructure that mobilizes national savings into productive sectors, ensures long-term financial resources for industries and businesses, and supports economic development.
The association also emphasized that the Securities Board of Nepal, as the regulatory authority, should play a more effective, active and forward-looking role in strengthening the market.
According to the letter, Nepali investors expect the board to act as a guardian institution by promoting transparent governance, an investment-friendly environment, effective use of modern technology, policy clarity, and simple regulations to build trust and stability in the market.
The association expressed hope that under the new leadership, the capital market will expand its reach across the country, protect investors’ rights and interests, and contribute more effectively to Nepal’s economic prosperity.
