झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेडले संस्थापक शेयरधनी तथा संस्थापक शेयरधनीको तर्फबाट सञ्चालक प्रतिनिधि नारायणप्रसाद पोखरेलको निधनप्रति गहिरो दुःख व्यक्त गर्दै शोक प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको छ ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार पोखरेलको निधनपछि २०८३ जेठ ९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उनको योगदानप्रति हार्दिक श्रद्धाञ्जली अर्पण गर्दै शोक व्यक्त गरेको हो ।
बैठकले हालसम्म उनको स्थानमा नयाँ सञ्चालक नियुक्त नगरिएको पनि जानकारी गराएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
कम्पनीले उक्त निर्णयबारे नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेडलाई औपचारिक रूपमा जानकारी गराएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Jhapa Energy Limited has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of its founding shareholder representative director, Narayan Prasad Pokharel.
According to the company, the Board of Directors held a meeting on 9 June 2083 and passed a condolence resolution following the untimely death of Pokharel. The meeting paid tribute to his contribution to the company and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
The company has also confirmed that no new director has been appointed to replace the vacant position at present.
Jhapa Energy Limited stated that the decision has been formally communicated to the Nepal Stock Exchange for regulatory information and record purposes.
