मितेरी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक : ६८ हजार ८ सय ५० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा Miteri Development Bank Promoter Shareholder Puts 68,850 Units Up for Sale
मितेरी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनी सुनिल श्रेष्ठले आफ्नो नाममा रहेका ६८ हजार ८ सय ५० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा जाहेर गरेका छन् । उनको निवेदन बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रितपूर्वक बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउने निर्णय भएको बैंकले जनाएको छ ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको विद्यमान व्यवस्थाअनुसार संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री हुँदा हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने बाध्यकारी प्रावधान रहेकाले बैंकले सबै संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको हो । उक्त शेयर खरिदमा रुचि राख्ने संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी कित्ता संख्या खुलाई आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन् ।
आवेदन बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय महेन्द्रपथ, धरान–१२, सुनसरी अथवा शेयर रजिस्ट्रार प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा पुग्नेगरी दिन सकिनेछ । तोकिएको म्यादभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापकबाहेक अन्य व्यक्तिलाई शेयर बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने बैंकले स्पष्ट पारेको छ ।
मितेरी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट 'ख' वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त संस्था हो र यसको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय सुनसरीको धरानमा रहेको छ । शेयर रजिस्ट्रारको जिम्मेवारी प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले सम्हालेको छ ।
Promoter shareholder Sunil Shrestha of Miteri Development Bank Limited has expressed his intention to sell 68,850 units of promoter shares registered under his name. Following the submission of his application, the bank's board of directors took up the matter in its meeting and decided to move forward with the sale process in accordance with due procedure, the bank announced.
As per the existing regulations of Nepal Rastra Bank, existing promoter shareholders of the concerned institution must be given first priority whenever promoter shares are put up for sale. In light of this mandatory provision, the bank has published this notice to formally inform all its current promoter shareholders about the available shares.
Promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the shares are requested to submit their applications along with the required supporting documents, clearly stating the number of units they wish to acquire, within 35 days of the publication of this notice. Applications can be submitted either at the bank's central office located at Mahendrapath, Dharan–12, Sunsari, or at the share registrar, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamalaadi, Kathmandu.
The bank has also made it clear that if no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated deadline, the process of selling the shares to individuals outside the promoter category will be initiated.
Miteri Development Bank is a 'Ka' class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, with its head office based in Dharan, Sunsari. Prabhu Capital Limited is serving as the share registrar for the transaction.
