मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले १० वर्षे अवधिको नयाँ बन्दमुखी योजना ‘मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड २’ बजारमा ल्याएको छ। मंगलबार (असोज १ गते) देखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको उक्त फण्डको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गरिएको हो।
क्यापिटलले प्रतिइकाई १० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका दरले कुल १० करोड इकाई बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। निष्कासित कुल इकाईमध्ये १५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् १ करोड ५० लाख इकाई कोष प्रवर्द्धक मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक र योजना व्यवस्थापक (क्यापिटल) का लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको छ। सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले भने बाँकी रहेको ८ करोड ५० लाख इकाईका लागि आवेदन दिन पाउनेछन्।
यस फण्डमा लगानी गर्न चाहनेले न्यूनतम १०० इकाई (एक हजार रुपैयाँ) देखि अधिकतम १ करोड इकाईसम्मका लागि माग गर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ। क्यापिटलका अनुसार लगानीकर्ताले छिटोमा असोज ६ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। यदि उक्त अवधिमा मागअनुसार पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेमा भने निष्कासनको म्याद असोज १५ गतेसम्म लम्बिनेछ।
बिक्रीमा राखिएकामध्ये कम्तीमा ५० प्रतिशत (५ करोड इकाई) बिक्री भएमा मात्र योजना बाँडफाँट प्रक्रिया अघि बढ्नेछ। तोकिएको न्यूनतम संख्यामा आवेदन नपरेको खण्डमा भने योजना खारेज गरी १५ दिनभित्रै लगानीकर्ताको रकम फिर्ता गरिने बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटलले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट सी–आस्बा अनुमति प्राप्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाका साथै ‘मेरोसेयर’ को वेब वा मोबाइल एपमार्फत सहजै अनलाइन आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
Muktinath Capital Limited has officially opened the public issue for its new 10-year closed-end scheme, "Muktinath Mutual Fund 2." The Rs 1 billion mutual fund issue opened for public subscription on Tuesday.
The capital is issuing a total of 100 million mutual fund units at a face value of Rs 10 per unit. Out of the total volume, 15 percent has been secured for the stakeholders—13 million units for the fund promoter, Muktinath Bikas Bank, and 2 million units for the fund manager, Muktinath Capital. The remaining 85 million units are now up for grabs for general investors.
Interested individuals must apply for a minimum of 100 units, requiring an initial investment of Rs 1,000, while the maximum application limit is capped at 10 million units. The initial deadline for application submissions is set for September 22 (Ashoj 6). If the issue is not fully subscribed by this date, the deadline will be extended to October 1 (Ashoj 15).
According to Muktinath Capital, which is also the issue manager, the allotment process will move forward only if at least 50 percent (50 million units) of the total shares are subscribed. If the minimum threshold is not met, the scheme will be canceled, and the collected funds will be refunded to applicants within 15 days.
Investors can easily apply for the mutual fund units online using the 'MeroShare' web portal or mobile app, as well as through any C-ASBA licensed banks and financial institutions.
