मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको व्यवस्थापनमा सञ्चालित ‘मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड १’ ले आफ्ना लगानीकर्ता (इकाईधनी) हरूलाई नगद लाभांश दिने घोषणा गरेको छ। क्यापिटलले करसहित २.२० प्रतिशतका दरले प्रतिफल वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
भदौ ११ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त दरमा लाभांश दिने प्रस्ताव अनुमोदन गरेको हो। प्रस्तावित लाभांश वितरणको प्रयोजनका लागि क्यापिटलले आगामी भदौ २४ गते एक दिन बुकक्लोज गर्ने जानकारी दिएको छ।
यस व्यवस्थाअनुसार भदौ २३ गतेसम्म सेयर बजार (नेप्से) मा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका इकाईधनीहरूले मात्र यो प्रतिफल प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Muktinath Capital Limited has proposed a cash return for the unitholders of its managed scheme, Muktinath Mutual Fund 1 (MNMF1), out of the profits from the previous fiscal year. The fund manager has declared a 2.20% cash dividend (including applicable tax).
The decision was formally endorsed during the Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 11 (August 27).
To determine eligibility for the dividend payout, the company has announced a one-day book closure on Bhadra 24 (September 9). Investors holding units of MNMF1 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) through Bhadra 23 (September 8) will be eligible to receive the proposed return.
